Rehabilitation works

The rehabilitation project proposed:
– moisture removal works at the plinth and in the basement area of the building (horizontal barrier

to stop rising humidity, sanitation plasters);
– partial restoration of the rainwater system;
– consolidation and restoration works at the entrance awning;
Restoration work on facades:
– execution of cleaning works, consolidation by injection, repeated biocidal treatment and

chromatic integration for the artistic components in a good state of conservation and which fully preserve their volume;

– completing with sanitation mortars and restoring the profile of the facade;
– reconstitution of bosses;
– restoration of irremediably lost or degraded artistic components (negative execution,

mold casting, replica execution, finishing and mounting);
– final preservation treatments by hydrophobization.
